How I Manage My Capital - A Little About Life, Habits and Priorities
🔹 Who am I
I don't like big words. I didn't earn my first million suddenly - it wasn't a startup or a win. Just years of work, investments, discipline. Now I don't strive for "more" - I try to preserve, increase and not lose interest in life. This blog has a little bit of personal information: how I live, where I look, what I'm interested in.
🔹 Where do I keep my money
Diversification is key. I don't have "everything in one place." This is the main rule I've followed for many years. Financial institutions in different jurisdictions. I insure myself against political and economic risks. Cash reserves. Yes, even in the age of digital assets, I have a simple reserve - for peace of mind. Assets that provide a stable cash flow. I prefer boring but reliable.
🔹 Routine and principles
🕔 I get up early — not because “I have to,” but because the morning gives me clarity. 📚 I read analytics, books, and the press. Not the news, not the headlines — the essence. ☕ Morning is time for reflection. Investments are not numbers, they are decisions. 💻 I have a team, but I make key decisions myself. Responsibility cannot be delegated.
🔹 What I invest in (in general)
Companies that provide clear value. I only invest in businesses where I understand the business. Property that generates income even when I sleep. Infrastructure that will be in demand in 10 years. People. Sometimes it's mentorship, sometimes it's partnership. People are the only real competitive advantage.
🔹 What I definitely don't do
I don't chase hype. I don't argue with the market. I don't take on what I can't control. I don't buy what I don't understand.
🔹 Why am I sharing this?
Money is not a goal. It is a tool, freedom and, to some extent, responsibility. People who are just starting out write to me. And if after reading this someone decides not to risk the last one, but to think first, then I am not writing in vain. I am not an infobusinessman. I am just a person who has learned not to fuss. And that is enough for me.
